Every Fan Dance purchase is a single, live, one-on-one 2-minute video session with a named creator. This page explains exactly what you're buying and what happens when things change.

What you're buying

If the creator can't make it

If your session doesn't happen — the creator cancels, doesn't show, or the session window is called off — you choose either a full refund to your original payment method or a free reschedule to another of that creator's sessions. We'll notify you and you pick; if you do nothing within 7 days, we refund automatically.

If something breaks mid-call

If a technical failure on our side or the creator's side cuts your session short, contact support with your fan dance ID within 7 days. We'll offer a redo of the session or a full refund.

If you can't make it

Refund timing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Conduct-related outcomes

If a session is ended for a violation of our Terms (by either side), we review the session recording and decide the fair outcome — including refunds for fans or removal of creators. Filing a card chargeback while a support case is open may pause your account until it's resolved.
