Delete your account

You can delete your Fan Dance account at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile, bookings, and personal data are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Fan Dance and go to Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is closed immediately: upcoming bookings are cancelled (and refunded where eligible), and your personal data is purged within 30 days.

By email

Or send an email to hello@fan.dance with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your Fan Dance account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Your profile and sign-in are removed and can't be restored.
Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Upcoming bookings are cancelled; sessions eligible under our Order Policies are refunded.
Session videos you've already downloaded or shared remain yours; the other participant of a call may retain their copy of that session, and verification records for issued fan dance IDs are kept so shared videos remain checkable.

Creators

If you have creator earnings pending, we'll complete your final Stripe payout before closing the account.
